I decided to give this Location one last chance, mostly out of desperation. After a long day of Christmas shopping we were spent. We ran down the list and ended with Bojangles. We drove the 10 minutes and waited a few more in line. First thing you notice is a few women there with long hair, not being kept in any sort of net. In one of the ladies hair I spotted a few things that normally wouldn't be on a clean persons head. My husband and I looked at one another, but were far to tired to revert to plan B and head 20 minutes in the opposite direction to Bucca's for burgers. This is the last time I will go to this location, visually from the drive through window it looks disgusting and dirty. The food was lukewarm at best, and service was Bleh. The fries were cold and old, the gravy was coagulated and not nearly close enough o hot or warm to be appetizing. I didn't end up eating the mashed potatoes, and the macaroni was okay or so my husband said, I just kept my distance and heated up left overs. The biscuits were yummy and the chicken was okay but not fresh AT ALL! For $30.00 I expect editable food that is fresh from the oven at 6.p.m. I don't blame Bojangles because we moved from Norfolk VA, and the one there was amazing EVERY time. Fresh Hot, yummy in my tummy goodness. I chalk this bad location up to bad management. I know the food can be great, so it's the team that makes it crap. The KFC up the street is worse, so rules for Goose Creek. If you're wanting good Fried chicken. Leave town...

I'd never heard of Bojangles until I came to this one, and what I found was nothing spectacular... It's very similar to KFC, but possibly with greasier menu items. The Cajun pintos were tasty. Not much to recommend on it as a whole, however.

Staff is very friendly and the chicken was awesome! My first visit to Bojangles and it was a success! Not sure why their are bad reviews about this location because I felt my visit was great. The place is clean, friendly staff, and the tea is incredible!

Wanted to eat here this morning but they only had two people working so to say it was slow service is an under statement. Moved on!!

They hire the dumbest employees to work the drive-thru. I swear my 13 year old could work it by himself. I'm guessing the entire IQ of the workforce added together is less than 500. It's chicken people, not that hard.

Didn't actually dine here...I use to like their dirty rice in the past, but spicy chicken isn't my thing so ... I just wanted to review their Fried Turkey that someone brought from there to our work potluck... Like I didn't even know Bojangles did that? It was delicious and more mildly seasoned than their regular spicy chicken...very moist..not sure of the size maybe 10 lb...it served about 10-12 people with some left over. Only tip is that it does have to be heated, so don't plan on picking it up and serving too soon..perhaps people need to be informed of this upon ordering. I had second servings...fantabulous!
